May 1st Deadline for DOE $33 Million for Concentrated Solar Power R&D

Up to $33M is available under the US Department of Energy SETO office to support the development of low-cost storage technologies for Concentrated Solar Power that make solar-thermal energy available on demand.

In addition, the office is seeking projects that lower Concentrated Solar Power costs by supporting the development of advanced manufacturing processes and developing autonomous technologies. The improvements targeted by this research will increase the performance of CSP plants, encourage the commercialization of new CSP technologies, and support the development of an agile, U.S.-based CSP manufacturing sector.

Submit a mandatory letter of intent by May 7 if interested.
